At Ritual the senior designer will work to help drive the creative direction of a project. A strong understanding of brand campaigns, typography, layout, websites and art direction is needed to help the team produce the best work possible. Senior Designers will collaborate with other creatives to develop strategic ideas and solutions, including original design concepts from inception all the way through final production. Designers should be ready to present work to other creative team members and represent Ritual at all stages of engagement including client and vendor interaction. You will work on a large variety of projects including brand campaigns, websites, packaging, layout, identities, advertising, exhibitions and others creative applications. 

Requirements:

• An excellent design sensibility and brand campaign development knowledge

• A smart, strategic approach to projects with an overall vision

• Careful, organized and meticulous production standards and file building

• Effectively manage project scopes in collaboration with Ritual team to meet established client expectations

• Positive and proactive with a can-do attitude

• Intuitive problem-solving and project management skills

• Work around demanding schedules and deadlines

• Ability to interact and communicate clearly with clients

• Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Powerpoint, Keynote

• 3-5 years experience working as a designer

• A Bachelors degree in the design field
